Product turnover and shipping times

All items are hand painted and made-to-order and thus cannot usually be delivered quickly. Items can take 2-6 weeks to be processed, made and delivered (for more accurate times please see each individual product info). Exceptions may be made if some items are in stock - to enquire about faster shipping please contact us via email at info@lunarcelebrations.com

 

Shipping to select countries

We ship our products to most countries, however a select few we do not ship to due to certain policies or conflicts in said countries.

 

Custom and personalised orders

Calendars can now be personalised with a small tag. You can include up to three words on said tag, and should email the details to us, or, send a message with said information via our website. info@lunarcelebrations.com

 

Discounts and special offers

If you have subscribed to our newsletter you may receive a discount code a couple of times a year. Otherwise, all prices are fixed. In the event that you would like to place an order worth more than 1000 GBP please send us an email and we will be happy to negotiate and offer for you.

 

Care instructions 

All products are not suitable for children under the age of 3. Products sold by Lunar Celebrations are not toys and should be used under supervision and care of a responsible adult.

Please keep products away from direct sunlight as the sun can bleach the colour of the products over time.

When storing your items away, keep the items separate from on another to avoid them sticking to each other and becoming damaged. Alternatively place cellophane between the items to avoid this.

Water should not be used to clean the items but a simple, dry dusting cloth.

All items should further be kept away from candles and other open flames. 

 

Gift wrapping and packaging

All hand painted products come gift wrapped in beautiful tissue paper and ribbon. Packaging is also done with great care due to the fragile nature of the items. Please remember to keep painted decorations in the wrappings they arrive in so that after use they remain protected.

A short message can be added to the wrap, simply leave a message or email when placing your order.

 

Can I get a refund or exchange on a product?

Most products are non-refundable due to their handmade and made-to-order nature. Any items that are not custom made can be returned within 14 days for a full refund of the item price only (customers are responsible for bearing and shipping costs). Do I Have to Pay Import Customs & Duties?

We aim to be as transparent as possible, so please take a moment to review this important information.

For customers outside the United Kingdom, please note that duties and taxes are your responsibility. Every country has its own customs regulations, so we recommend checking with your local customs office or researching online to understand what fees may apply.

By law, the declared value on your package will match your item/s subtotal. If you choose to refuse the payment of duties and your package is returned to Lunar Celebrations, we will issue a partial refund for your order, excluding the shipping costs we incurred.

We know unexpected fees can be frustrating, and we appreciate your understanding.
